Pork  And Lettuce Rolls Recipe

 Ingredients

  • minced pork - 250 grams
  • crab meat in can - 150 grams
  • dried mushrooms - 60 grams
  • shallots - 6 pieces
  • water chestnuts - 80 grams
  • bamboo shoots - 120 grams
  • cooking oil - 1 table spoon
  • sesame oil - 2 table spoons
  • soy sauce - 1 table spoon
  • oyster sauce - 2 teaspoons
  • dry sherry lettuce leaves - 2 table spoons

Method

  • cover mushrooms with boiling water, stand 30 minutes, drain, remove stems, chop mushrooms finely.
  • Chop water chestnuts and bamboo shoots finely.
  • drain and flake crab meat.
  • chop shallots finely
  • Heat up cooking oil, add pork, toss until dark golden brown.
  • add mushrooms, water chestnuts, bamboo shoots, crab meat, shallots, toss well and cook for 1 minute.
  • add sesame oil, soy sauce, oyster sauce and sherry, mix well until combined then off the heat.
  • spread 1 table spoon of pork mixture into centre of lettuce leaf
  • fold up the lettuce leaf from all sides into rectangular rolls and serve
