Ingredients
- Chicken - 1 bird (about 1.5
kilograms/3 labs)
- Ginger (shredded) - 2
tablespoons
- Spring onions (shredded) - 6
stalks
- Cooked ham (shredded) - 100
grams
- Greaseproof paper - 20 sheets
- Cooking oil for deep-frying

- Oyster sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Ginger juice - ½ tablespoon
- Water - 2 tablespoon
- Corn flour - ½ tablespoon
- Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
Method
- Cut chicken into 20 pieces
then marinate chicken in A for 1 hour.
- Place each piece of chicken
with ginger, spring onions and ham on the greaseproof paper.
Fold into envelopes and secure with toothpicks. Fry in hot oil
for 8 minutes.
- Remove and drain oil. Serve
with paper envelopes.
