Ingredients
- 4 eggs (beaten)
- 300 gram mince meat (either pork or beef)
- 2 white onions (mince)
- 1 clove garlic (mince)
- 1 tea spoon soy sauce
- white pepper (add to taste)
- 2 table spoon cooking oil
- coriander leaf (garnish)
- 1 table spoon corn flour
Method
- beat eggs with soy sauce, pepper, garlic and corn flour
- heat cooking oil and stir-fry onions and mince meat until
fragrant
- pour beaten eggs in and pan-fry with low heat
- turn eggs and fry both side evenly until surface crispy
- cut into 8 pieces and arrange on a platter with coriander
