Pan-Fry Eggs with Mince Meat Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 eggs (beaten)
  • 300 gram mince meat (either pork or beef)
  • 2 white onions (mince)
  • 1 clove garlic (mince)
  • 1 tea spoon soy sauce
  • white pepper (add to taste)
  • 2 table spoon cooking oil
  • coriander leaf (garnish)
  • 1 table spoon corn flour

Method

  • beat eggs with soy sauce, pepper, garlic and corn flour
  • heat cooking oil and stir-fry onions and mince meat until fragrant
  • pour beaten eggs in and pan-fry with low heat
  • turn eggs and fry both side evenly until surface crispy
  • cut into 8 pieces and arrange on a platter with coriander leaf
