Ingredients
- Mustard greens - 4 pieces
- Dried mushrooms (soaked) - 8

- Ginger - 2 slices
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons

Method
- Remove the old leaves and
harsh skin then cut the mustard greens into 2 cm pieces.
- Heat the cooking oil and fry
the ginger slices and mushrooms. Add the mustard greens and
continue to stir fry.
- Add A, salt and seasoning to
taste and fry for another 3 minutes and ready to serve.
