Fried Mustard Greens and Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

  • Mustard greens - 4 pieces
  • Dried mushrooms (soaked) - 8 pieces
  • Ginger - 2 slices
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

A

  • Oyster sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Cooking oil - ½ tablespoon
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Water - 4 tablespoons

Method

  • Remove the old leaves and harsh skin then cut the mustard greens into 2 cm pieces.
  • Heat the cooking oil and fry the ginger slices and mushrooms. Add the mustard greens and continue to stir fry.
  • Add A, salt and seasoning to taste and fry for another 3 minutes and ready to serve.
