Ingredients
- Dried mushrooms (soaked) - 20
grams
- Carrots (sliced) - 230 grams
- Snow peas - 50 grams
- Button mushrooms (canned) - 80
grams
- Cauliflowers (cut into
florets) - 250 grams
- Bamboo shoots (sliced)- 40
grams
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- 1 tablespoon Corn flour mixed
well in 2 tablespoons of water

- Water - ¾ cup
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Oyster sauce - ½ tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Heat cooking in pan and
stir-fry dried mushrooms, carrots, snow peas, button mushrooms,
cauliflower and bamboo shoots for a few minutes.
- Add A and bring to boil then
add in the corn four water mixture.
- Cook another minute until
gravy become thicken and dish is ready to serve.
