Mixed Vegetables Chinese Style Recipe

Ingredients

  • Dried mushrooms (soaked) - 20 grams
  • Carrots (sliced) - 230 grams
  • Snow peas - 50 grams
  • Button mushrooms (canned) - 80 grams
  • Cauliflowers (cut into florets) - 250 grams
  • Bamboo shoots (sliced)- 40 grams
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
  • 1 tablespoon Corn flour mixed well in 2 tablespoons of water

A

  • Water - ¾ cup
  • Sugar - ½ teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Oyster sauce - ½ tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Heat cooking in pan and stir-fry dried mushrooms, carrots, snow peas, button mushrooms, cauliflower and bamboo shoots for a few minutes.
  • Add A and bring to boil then add in the corn four water mixture.
  • Cook another minute until gravy become thicken and dish is ready to serve.
