Ingredients
- Minced pork - 400 grams
- Dried mushrooms (soaked and
finely chopped) - 4 pieces
- Spring onions (minced) - 1
tablespoon
- Egg white - 1
- Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
- Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
- Water - 10 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients and beat
by hand for 30 minutes.
- Divide mixture into 6 equal
portions and place in individual bamboo cups.
- Steam for 15 minutes and is
ready to serve.
- Porcelain and heatproof bowl
can also be used instead of bamboo cups.
