Minced Pork In Bamboo Cup Recipe

Ingredients

  • Minced pork - 400 grams
  • Dried mushrooms (soaked and finely chopped) - 4 pieces
  • Spring onions (minced) - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg white - 1
  • Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
  • Corn flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Cooking oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Water - 10 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Mix all ingredients and beat by hand for 30 minutes.
  • Divide mixture into 6 equal portions and place in individual bamboo cups.
  • Steam for 15 minutes and is ready to serve.
  • Porcelain and heatproof bowl can also be used instead of bamboo cups.
