Chinese Meat Omelet Recipe

Ingredients

  • Minced pork - 200 grams
  • Eggs - 4 pieces
  • onion (chopped) -1 piece
  • Garlic (chopped) - 4 cloves
  • Tomato (chopped) -2 pieces
  • Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Self-raising Flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking oil - 5 tablespoons

Method

  • Season mince meat with salt for 10 minutes and set aside.
  • Beat eggs gently with light soy sauce and pepper and set aside.
  • Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking in pan , add onions, garlic and tomatoes and stir fry until fragrant.
  • Add mince meat  and keep frying until meat is cooked. Remove and leave to cool.
  • Mix beaten eggs and mince meat with self-raising flour and blend well.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in pan, pour the meat mixture into oil and fry with low heat until both sides turn light brown.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
