Ingredients
- Minced pork - 200 grams
- Eggs - 4 pieces
- onion (chopped) -1 piece
- Garlic (chopped) - 4 cloves
- Tomato (chopped) -2 pieces
- Light soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Self-raising Flour - 1
tablespoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil - 5 tablespoons
Method
- Season mince meat with salt
for 10 minutes and set aside.
- Beat eggs gently with light
soy sauce and pepper and set aside.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of cooking
in pan , add onions, garlic and tomatoes and stir fry until
fragrant.
- Add mince meat and keep
frying until meat is cooked. Remove and leave to cool.
- Mix beaten eggs and mince meat
with self-raising flour and blend well.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking
oil in pan, pour the meat mixture into oil and fry with low heat
until both sides turn light brown.
- Garnish with chopped coriander
leaves and serve.
