Ingredients
- Pork (Minced) -200 grams
- Tofu (diced)- 2 pieces (about
400 grams)
- Chinese soy bean paste - 2
teaspoons
- Chili bean paste - 2 teaspoons
- Szechuan pepper (ground) - 1
tablespoon
- Spring onions (chopped) - 2
stalks
- Ginger (chopped) - 1 teaspoon
- Light soy sauce - 2 teaspoons
- Corn flour - 2 tablespoon
- Chicken stock - 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons
- Water - 2 tablespoons
Method
- Marinade mince pork with 1
tablespoon corn flour and soy sauce for 15 minutes.
- Boil the diced tofu in boiling
water for 3 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Heat oil in frying pan and add
Szechuan pepper and stir-fry until fragrant. Add ginger, spring
onions, soy bean paste, chili bean paste and marinated minced
pork and stir-fry and blend the ingredients well with the pork
for 2-3 minutes until pork is cooked.
- Add chicken stock and tofu
then turn to low heat and simmer for 2 minute then mix conrn
flour with water, soy sauce and stir gently into the dish for 1
minute and raedy to serve..
