- Eggs - 5 pieces
- Cooked ham (shredded) - 40

- Spring onions (chopped) - 1

- Sesame oil - ½ teaspoon
- water - 2 tablespoons
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Beat eggs in a bowl.
- Heat oil in frying pan and add
onions, spring onion, green peas, shredded mushrooms,
roast pork and cooked ham an sir- fry for 2 minutes.
- Mix eggs with A and add to the
frying pan. Fry egg until cooked and garnish with some
chopped Chinese parsley.
