Fried Frog's Legs Recipe

Ingredients

  • Frozen frog's legs - 1 pack (about 500 grams)
  • Lettuce - 1 stalk
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Flour - ½ cup
  • Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
  • Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
  • Cooked oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - ¾ cup

Marinades

  • Ginger juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking wine - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt, pepper and sugar to taste

Method

  • Defrost and clean frog's legs, marinate with marinades for 30 minutes.
  • To prepare batter, mix flour, cornstarch,  and baking powder together, add bit of water at a time and stir well. Set aside for 30 minutes then add cooked oil and mix well.
  • Wash a shred lettuce and arrange on serving plate.
  • Coat frog's legs with batter, deep fry to golden color then dish up and drain.
  • Serve with Worcestershire sauce.
