Ingredients
- Frozen frog's legs - 1 pack
(about 500 grams)
- Lettuce - 1 stalk
- Worcestershire sauce - 2
tablespoons
- Flour - ½ cup
- Cornstarch - 2 tablespoons
- Baking powder - ½ teaspoon
- Cooked oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - ¾ cup
Marinades
- Ginger juice - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking wine - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Salt, pepper and sugar to
taste
Method
- Defrost and clean frog's legs,
marinate with marinades for 30 minutes.
- To prepare batter, mix flour,
cornstarch, and baking powder together, add bit of water
at a time and stir well. Set aside for 30 minutes then add
cooked oil and mix well.
- Wash a shred lettuce and
arrange on serving plate.
- Coat frog's legs with batter,
deep fry to golden color then dish up and drain.
- Serve with Worcestershire
sauce.
