Ingredients
- Pork loin - 350 grams
- Green Pepper (diced) - 1 piece
- Red pepper (diced) - 1 piece
- Mushrooms (soaked and diced) -
3pieces
- Bamboo shoots (diced) - 1 piece
(about 150 grams)
- Onions (diced) - 1 piece
- Chili paste - 1 tablespoon
- Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
- Cooking oil - 1 tablespoons
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Ginger juice - 1 teaspoon
- Light soy sauce - 1½ teaspoon
- Cornstarch - ½ teaspoon
- Egg white - 1 tablespoon
- Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - few drops
- Cornstarch solution - 2
tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
Method
- Clean pork loin and cut into small
cubes. Marinate meat with ginger juice, ½ tablespoon of cooking
wine, ½ teaspoon of light soy sauce, ½ teaspoon of cornstarch, egg
white and pinch of pepper and salt for 10 minutes. Deep-fry
marinated meat in warm oil and set aside.
- Trim away hard section of bamboo
shoot, scald in boiling water for 3 minutes and diced.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
in pan, add onions, chili paste, green and red pepper, mushrooms, bamboo shoots
and stir-fry with pork for 10minutes. Sprinkle dish with cooking
wine, then add sugar, light and dark soy sauce, sesame oil and
cornstarch solution, stir-fry well for another minute and serve.
