Ingredients
- Long beans (cut into 5 cm/2
inch length) - 400 grams
- Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Water - 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

- Minced pork - 150 grams
- Dried shrimps - 30 grams
- Ginger (shredded) - 1

Method
- Heat oil in deep frying pan
and stir fry ingredients A until fragrant.
