Fried Long Beans Recipe

Ingredients

  • Long beans (cut into 5 cm/2 inch length) - 400 grams
  • Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - ½ teaspoon
  • Water - 3 tablespoons
  • Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

A

  • Minced pork - 150 grams
  • Dried shrimps - 30 grams
  • Ginger (shredded) - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (crushed) - 1 clove

Method

  • Heat oil in deep frying pan and stir fry ingredients A until fragrant.
  • Add long beans and stir fry with high temperature for 3 minutes then season with salt , soy sauce and add water to cover the long beans.
  • Turn to low temperature and let the dish simmer for 10 minutes until long bean turn soft and liquid dry up and serve while hot.
