Deep-Fried Fish Recipe

Ingredients

  • Any kind of fish that suitable for deep-fried

  • ginger (shredded)

  • tomato sauce(3 table spoon)

  • chili (shredded)

  • garlic 1clove (chopped)

  • peanuts (crush)

  • Thai mandarin leaf

  • sugar (1 tea spoon)

  • coriander leaf

Methods

  • Deep-fry fish until crispy then keep aside

  • heat up 2 table spoon of oil

  • add ginger, chili, garlic stir-fry until fragrant

  • add little bit of water together with tomato sauce, mandarin leave, sugar and bring to boil

  • spread sauce on top of fish and decorate dish with peanuts and coriander leaf
