Ingredients
500 gram shrimps or prawns (big Size)
Ginger 30 grams (Slice)
Spring onion
Chinese rice wine (2 table spoon)
sesame oil (few drops)
2 egg white
Methods
Clean shrimps and put on a plate
Cover ginger slice on the shrimps
mix all other ingredients and spread on shrimps
Steam for 6 minutes and is ready to serve
