Ingredients
- Minced beef - 300 grams
- Water chestnuts (chopped) -
300 grams
- Egg white - 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
- Lettuce (shredded) - 1 stalk
- Carrot (shredded) - 2
tablespoons
- Cooking wine - ½ tablespoon
- Sesame oil - few drops
- Pepper, salt and sugar to
taste
Method
- Mix minced beef with chopped
water chestnuts, cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, sesame
oil, egg white, pepper, salt and sugar.
- Stir mince meat well and roll
into balls. Coat with cornstarch and deep fry in warm oil until
golden brown.
- Garnish with shredded carrot
and lettuce and serve with chili sauce.
