Deep Fry Beef Balls Recipe

Ingredients

  • Minced beef - 300 grams
  • Water chestnuts (chopped) - 300 grams
  • Egg white - 1 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch - 1 tablespoon
  • Lettuce (shredded) - 1 stalk
  • Carrot (shredded) - 2 tablespoons
  • Cooking wine - ½ tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - few drops
  • Pepper, salt and sugar to taste

Method

  • Mix minced beef with chopped water chestnuts, cooking wine, 1 teaspoon of cornstarch, sesame oil, egg white, pepper, salt and sugar.
  • Stir mince meat well and roll into balls. Coat with cornstarch and deep fry in warm oil until golden brown.
  • Garnish with shredded carrot and lettuce and serve with chili sauce.
