Clay Pot Tofu Recipe(Bean Curd)

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of Tofu (Cut into cubes)

  • 5 pieces of dried mushroom (soak in water for 15 mins to soften)

  • 5 thin slice of ginger

  • spring onion cut into 2 inches length

  • 1piece red pepper cut into small pieces

  • 50 gram chicken cut into small pieces

  • 50 gram of prawns (medium size)

  • 1 clove of garlic (Chop)

  • chicken stalk

  • mix 1 table spoon corn flour with water

  • add salt to taste

Methods

  • Deep fry Tofu until it turns light brown

  • Heat up 2 tea spoon of cooking oil in frying pan

  • stir-fry mushroom, ginger, spring onion, garlic until fragrance

  • add chicken, prawns and red pepper and stir-fry  for a while

  • add Tofu, chicken stalk and simmer for 5 minutes

  • add corn flour with water to thicken gravy

  • serve with clay pot to preserve temperature
