Ingredients

2 pieces of Tofu (Cut
into cubes)

5 pieces of dried
mushroom (soak in water for 15 mins to soften)

5 thin slice of ginger

spring onion cut into
2 inches length

1piece red pepper cut
into small pieces
-
50 gram chicken cut
into small pieces
-
50 gram of prawns
(medium size)
-
1 clove of garlic
(Chop)
-
chicken stalk
-
mix 1 table spoon corn
flour with water
-
add salt to taste
Methods
-
Deep fry Tofu
until it turns light brown
-
Heat up 2 tea
spoon of cooking oil in frying pan
-
stir-fry mushroom,
ginger, spring onion, garlic until fragrance
-
add chicken,
prawns and red pepper and stir-fry for a while
-
add Tofu, chicken
stalk and simmer for 5 minutes
-
add corn flour
with water to thicken gravy
-
serve with clay
pot to preserve temperature
