Chinese Fried Lamb Chops Recipe

Ingredients

  • Lamb chops - 600 grams
  • Broccoli (cut into florets) - 150 grams
  • Potatoes - 2 pieces
  • Bread Crumbs - 1 cup
  • Egg (whisked)- 1 piece
  • Garlic juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion Juice - 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking wine - 2 teaspoons
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Marinate lamb chops with garlic juice, onion juice, cooking wine, sugar, salt and pepper to taste for 30 minutes. Mix well with whisk egg and coat lamb chops with bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry lamb chops with medium heat until golden in color then dish out and arrange nicely on plate.
  • Add broccoli and potatoes into boiling water with little bit of oil and salt and cook until potatoes turn soft. You may dish out the broccoli earlier so that it will not be over cooked.
  • Serve lamb chops together with broccoli and potatoes.
