Stir Fry Chicken With Fruits Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chicken Fillet - 220 grams
  • Kiwi fruits - 2 pieces
  • Strawberries - 8 pieces
  • Cloud ear - 30 grams
  • Garlic (chopped) - 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking wine - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg white - 1 teaspoon
  • Cornstarch - ½ teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - few drops
  • sugar - ½ teaspoon
  • Pinch of Salt and pepper
  • Cornstarch solution with salt and sugar to taste
  • Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons

Method

  • Clean and dry chicken fillet, sliced thickly and marinate with egg white, cornstarch, sesame oil, sugar, salt and pepper for 20 minutes. Deep fry in war oil and until golden brown and set aside.
  • Soak cloud ear for 15 minutes in warm water then drain and set aside.
  • Skin kiwi and cut into slices, wash and trim strawberries and cut into 4 pieces.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in pan, add chopped garlic and cloud ear, stir fry to fragrant then add chicken and cooking wine.
  • Stir in cornstarch solution , kiwi fruit and strawberries. Mix well and serve.
