Ingredients
- Chicken Fillet (minced) - 300
grams
- Bread - 5 pieces
- Black sesame seeds -75 grams
- White sesame seeds - 75 grams
- Chinese parsley leaves - 6
pieces
- Egg white - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - few drops
- Corn starch - 1 teaspoon
- Salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix well and marinate minced
chicken with egg white, sesame oil, cornstarch, pepper and salt
for 20 minutes.
- Wash black and white sesame
seeds separately and drain well.
- Remove crust of bread and cut
into 2 square inch in size , spread minced chicken on bread and
sprinkle black sesame seeds on some bread slices and white
sesame seeds on other bread slices. Press a piece of Chinese
parsley leaf on top of the minced chicken with sesame seeds.
- Deep fry bread with minced
chicken in medium heat until golden brown. Drain well and serve.
