Chinese Cabbage with Ham Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chinese cabbage (cut into 2 inches length) - 600 grams
  • Cooked ham - 200 grams
  • Ginger - 3 slices
  • Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Corn starch solution - 2 tablespoons

Method

  • Heat up cooking oil, add ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add the Chinese cabbage and stir-fry until soft then add salt and pepper to taste and cover the pan .
  • Allow to simmer for a few minutes until cabbage become real soft.
  • Add the cooked ham to the cabbage, heat for another 2 minutes and ready to serve.
