Ingredients
- Chinese cabbage (cut into 2
inches length) - 600 grams
- Cooked ham - 200 grams
- Ginger - 3 slices
- Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Corn starch solution - 2
tablespoons
Method
- Heat up cooking oil, add
ginger and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the Chinese cabbage and
stir-fry until soft then add salt and pepper to taste and cover
the pan .
- Allow to simmer for a few
minutes until cabbage become real soft.
- Add the cooked ham to the
cabbage, heat for another 2 minutes and ready to serve.
