Chinese Cabbage With Abalone Recipe

Ingredients

  • Chinese Cabbage (cut into 3 inches length) - 300 grams
  • Abalone (Sliced) - 1 can
  • Dried mushrooms (soaked) - 6 pieces
  • Ginger - 3 slices
  • Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons
  • Chicken stock - 6 tablespoons
  • cornstarch solution - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Heat cooking in pan then add ginger and mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add cabbage in and continue stir-fry until cabbage turn soft.
  • Add chicken stock and simmer dish with low heat for 5 minutes until cabbage completely turn soft.
  • Add sliced abalone, oyster sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch solution and simmer for 2 minute until gravy thickens.
  • Serve while hot.
