Ingredients
- Chinese Cabbage (cut into 3
inches length) - 300 grams
- Abalone (Sliced) - 1 can
- Dried mushrooms (soaked) - 6
pieces
- Ginger - 3 slices
- Oyster sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking oil - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken stock - 6 tablespoons
- cornstarch solution - 2
tablespoons
- Salt to taste
Method
- Heat cooking in pan then add
ginger and mushrooms and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add cabbage in and continue
stir-fry until cabbage turn soft.
- Add chicken stock and simmer
dish with low heat for 5 minutes until cabbage completely turn
soft.
- Add sliced abalone, oyster
sauce, sesame oil and cornstarch solution and simmer for 2
minute until gravy thickens.
- Serve while hot.
