Ingredients
- Snow peas - 100 grams
- Dried mushrooms (soaked) - 10

- Button mushrooms (canned) -

- Cauliflower (cut into florets)

- Young sweet corn (canned) -

- Cooking Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Water - 2 tablespoons
- Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste

- Sugar -½ teaspoon

Method
- Boil the dried mushrooms,
button mushrooms, cauliflower and sweet corn in water with
little bit of oil and salt.
- Heat up cooking oil in pan,
add snow peas and fry for 2 minutes. Drain the mix vegetables
and add to the frying pan with ingredients A.
- When the gravy began to boil,
stir in the corn flour with water and let it thicken slightly.
- Serve 4.
