Braised Vegetable In Chinese Style Recipe

Ingredients

  • Snow peas - 100 grams
  • Dried mushrooms (soaked) - 10 pieces
  • Button mushrooms (canned) - 200 grams
  • Cauliflower (cut into florets) - 200 grams
  • Young sweet corn (canned) - 100 grams
  • Cooking Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

A

  • Sugar -½ teaspoon
  • salt - ½ teaspoon
  • Water - ½ cup

Method

  • Boil the dried mushrooms, button mushrooms, cauliflower and sweet corn in water with little bit of oil and salt.
  • Heat up cooking oil in pan, add snow peas and fry for 2 minutes. Drain the mix vegetables and add to the frying pan with ingredients A.
  • When the gravy began to boil, stir in the corn flour with water and let it thicken slightly.
  • Serve 4.
