- Minced beef - 500 grams

Method
- Marinate mince beef in A for
30 minutes
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking
oil, fry the 2 slices of ginger then add the minced beef.
Remove from heat when the beef changes color.
- Divide beef into 8 portions
and wrap each with cabbage leaf and then arrange in a heat-proof plate and steam for 15 minutes.
- Bring B to the boil and add
well-stirred C. Cook until slightly thickened.
- Pour the mixture over the
cabbage-wrapped minced beef and serve while hot.
