Ingredients
- Fillet steak - 220 grams
- Spinach - 400 grams
- Green peas - 2 tablespoons
- Carrot (diced) - 2 tablespoons
- Garlic (crushed) - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking wine - 1 teaspoon
- Light soy sauce - 2 teaspoon
- Cornstarch solution - 2
tablespoons
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
Marinade
- Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Cornstarch - ½ teaspoon
- Sugar - ¼ teaspoon
- Cooking oil - 2 tablespoons
- Drops of sesame oil and pinch
of pepper
Method
- Clean and cut fillet steak in
cubes. Marinate with marinades for 15 minutes, deep fry in warm
oil for 1 minute and set aside.
- Boil diced carrot and green
peas in boiling water for 1 minute and drain.
- Wash and cut spinach into 2
inches length, stir fry in hot oil with sugar and salt to taste.
Dish out when cooked.
- Stir fry garlic to fragrant,
add beef and sprinkle with wine. Add diced carrot, green peas,
light soy sauce and cornstarch solution.
- Stir and mix well for 1 minute
then spread on top of cooked spinach and serve.
