Ingredients
- Bean Curd (sliced)- 2 cakes
- Dried mushrooms (soaked and
shredded) - 3 pieces
- Bamboo shoots (sliced)-80
grams
- Snow peas - 40 grams
- Ginger - 3 slices
- Spring onions - 1 stalk
- Red chili (shredded) - 2
pieces
- Spicy bean paste - 1
tablespoon
- Lean pork (cut into strips) -
200 grams
- Cooking oil -3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Cooking wine - 1 tablespoon
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Corn starch - ½ tablespoon
- Water - 1 tablespoon
Method
- Fry bean curd in heated
cooking oil until golden brown and set aside.
- Add ginger, mushrooms, snow
peas, lean pork and bamboo shoots and stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add spicy bean sauce, spring
onions and shredded chili and continue frying.
- Add well stirred soy sauce,
sugar cooking wine, sesame oil cornstarch, water and bean curd
in and cook until the gravy thickens.
- serve while hot.
