Shredded Pork Fried With Green Pepper Recipe

Ingredients

  • Lean pork (shredded into thin strips) -250 grams
  • Spring onions (shredded) - 1 stalk
  • Green pepper (shredded) - 1 piece
  • Ginger (shredded) - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic (chopped) - 1 clove
  • Cooking oil - 5 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 1 teaspoon
  • Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
  • water - 2 tablespoons

A

  • Cooking oil - ½ tablespoon
  • Black soy sauce - ½ tablespoon
  • Corn flour - 1 teaspoon

Method

  • Season pork with A for 10 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil and stir fry shredded green pepper with pinch of salt for 2 minute then set aside.
  • Heat the balance 3 tablespoons of cooking oil  then add spring onions, garlic, ginger until fragrant .
  • Add pork, soy sauce, sugar and green pepper and stir fry for 3 minute until meat is cooked.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of water and stir fry until gravy thickens and dish is ready to serve.
