Ingredients
- Lean pork (shredded into thin
strips) -250 grams
- Spring onions (shredded) - 1

- Green pepper (shredded) - 1

- Ginger (shredded) - 1

- Garlic (chopped) - 1 clove
- Cooking oil - 5 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Sugar - 1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

- Cooking oil - ½ tablespoon
- Black soy sauce - ½ tablespoon
- Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
Method
- Season pork with A for
10 minutes.
- Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking
oil and stir fry shredded green pepper with pinch of salt for 2
minute then set aside.
- Heat the balance 3 tablespoons
of cooking oil then add spring onions, garlic, ginger
until fragrant .
- Add pork, soy sauce, sugar and
green pepper and stir fry for 3 minute until meat is cooked.
- Add 2 tablespoons of water and
stir fry until gravy thickens and dish is ready to serve.
