Ingredients
- Mango (big size, half ripe) -
2 pieces
- Beef - 220 grams
- Green pepper (shredded) - 1
piece
- Red pepper (shredded) - 1
pieces
- Spring onions (cut into 2
inches length) - 2 stalk
- Garlic (sliced) - 2 cloves
- Cooking wine - 1 teaspoon
- Light soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Dark soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
- Sugar - ½ teaspoon
- Cornstarch - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - few drops
- Pinch of pepper
- Cornstarch solution (with
pinch of sugar and salt) - 2 tablespoons
Method
- Cut mango into long section
vertically.
- Cut beef into thick slices,
marinate with light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar,
cornstarch, sesame oil and pinch of pepper for 20 minutes. Deep
fry in warm oil and set aside.
- Heat cooking oil in pan, add
red and green shredded pepper, garlic, spring onions and stir
fry till fragrant.
- Add beef and sprinkle with
cooking wine, pour in cornstarch solution then stir well for 1
minute and serve.
