You don’t have to use the expensive abalone to get the ablone flavor, a combination of abalone sauce and fresh prawns blend in well with each other will give you the perfect effect.
Ingredients
200 g medium size prawns (shelled and cleaned)
2 tbsp of abalone sauce
50 g red bell pepper (diced)
50 g celery (peeled and sliced)
40 g cashew nuts (roasted)
1 clove chopped garlic
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 4 tbsp water
2 tbsp chili sauce
1 tsp dark soy sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
2 tbsp cooking oil
Method
Heat oil in wok, saute ginger, garlic and pepper to fragrant. Add vegetables and prawns, stir- fry with high heat for 2 minutes then add in all the sauces and stir to mix well. Add roasted cashew nuts, dish up and serve.

Ingredients
1 tofu in round tube ( cut into 1 cm thick slice, pat dry)
few pieces of Chinese lettuce
200 g medium size prawns (shelled and deveined)
4 medium size squids (cut into thin rings)
3 tbsp of green peas
2 tbsp diced carrots
5 pieces baby corn (sliced)
5 pieces dried mushrooms (soak and slice)
10 button mushrooms (halved)
2 tbsp cornstarch
3 tbsp cornstach solution
1 egg white
1 tbsp chopped garlic & 2 slice of ginger
pepper, salt and chicken stock powder to taste
200 ml water
3 tbsp cooking oil
Method
Coat tofu thinly with constarch and pan-fry till both sides golden in color. Dish out and set aside.
In remaining oil, stir in ginger and garlic and saute to fragrant. Add both mushrooms and diced carrots in and stir-fry until aromatic then add prawns, squids and baby corn and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute. Add water in and bring to a light boil then return tofu into the dish and let it cook for 1 minute. Add seasoning and cornstarch solution then follow by egg white. Dish out in 30 seconds and serve in a plate top with Chinese lettuce.

Ingredients
700 grams king prawns
3 egg yolks
1 piece bacon (cut into thin srips)
2 tsp of cornstach
salt and pepper to taste
Oil fo deep-frying
Method
Shell prawns and keep tail intact. slit the back of prawns open, clean vein, rinse and pat dry. Flatten the prawns gently from the splits and place bacon strips on the prawns.
Beat egg yolks, conrstarch and seasoning together, dip prawns into the egg yolk mixture and deep fry prawns in warm oil until color turn golden.
