Healthy Recipe – Pork Chop With Almond
Ingredients
35g almond
1 apple
4 pieces pork chop
Marinade
2 tsp of light soy sauce
pinch of pepper…
Method …
Wash almond and peel apple then cut apple into small dice. Mix both ingredients with 250ml of water and blend into fine sauce. Strain and set aside.
Loosen the texture of the pork chop by chopping it with the back of the knife then marinate for 15 minutes. Heat up some oil in pan and pan fry the pork chop until light golden brown.
Bring almond/apple sauce to a gentle boil and add in pork chop to cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and serve.
