Indian Recipe – Punjabi Kachori
This Punjabi version of curry puff has light, flaky pastry which unlike the common curry puff which has thicker skin. The filling also unlike the usual curry puff which normally fill with potato, onion and curry powder mix. See the difference in the recipe here.
