Chinese Recipe – Fried Lamb With Spring Onions

This is actually a classic Beijing stir-fried lamb with vegetables. If you don’t like lamb, you can always replace with other meat like beef or pork. Lamb is not easy to cook because of it’s strong taste, therefore other strong flavored vegetables are recommended to add to the dish. See recipe here.
